Brandon Manney was born on April 17, 1986 in Aurora, Colorado to Lance and Elonda Manney.  In 1995, he moved to Indianapolis, Indiana where he calls home and attended College Park Elementary School. Brandon graduated from Pike High School in 2005 and left for Navy Boot Camp in Great Lakes, Illinois one month after graduation.  His first duty station was Naval Air Station Whidbey Island located in Oak Harbor, Washington.
